Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is July 3, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. All wedding events will take place indoors with plenty of air conditioning.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30minutes before our 4:00pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle service for transportation to and from the designated hotel and the venue.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking at and around the venue clearly marked with event parking signage.

Question

Are there any colors that should be avoided?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, and creams.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer to capture all special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring out your cameras and phones during the reception!
