How do I book?

Question

What is included in the hotel price of $135 per person per day?

Answer

All food, alcohol, taxes, and fees are included in this price. It is all inclusive, on the beach, and close to downtown (so lower taxi costs to downtown!). The price is per person at 135 per day, so for a couple or group of two, expect your total cost to be $270 per day. This deal is valid only when booking with our code and valid March 26 - April 6. For all my amenity and golf lovers, booking with the code also gives you 20% off at the golf course, discount at the spa and more. If you have any questions on whats included, reach out to Hannah or Matt.

Question

Can I book somewhere else other than Pueblo Bonito Rose?

Answer

You can - however, the hotel offers no day passes. So you would only be able to attend wedding events and not spend time with guests on hotel grounds other than the wedding and wedding events. If you book outside the hotel, please keep Hannah or Matthew informed so we make sure we have you included in our final head count.

What days should I book?

Answer

We will have events on both March 31st (meet in lobby at 445 pm, sunset cruise with tacos and tequila) and April 1st (ceremony and reception). The rest of the time is yours to enjoy! Room discount is valid from March 26-April 8

What about transportation to and from the airport?

Answer

Can I bring my children?

Answer

The wedding and wedding events will all be for AGES 14+. No exceptions will be made. We understand this will limit some people from being able to come - know you will be missed! The hotel is family-friendly, but childcare will need to be coordinated by parents.
