We're taking the plunge!

On paper our relationship sounds a little bit... crazy. But if you know either of us, you know we don’t shy away from a challenge. We started dating when Fiona lived in Florida and Matt lived in Seattle. Fiona moved to San Francisco soon after but a few months later, Matt moved to Paris with his daughters. Time zone differences, jet lag and little physical time together was tough. But their communication, commitment and love for each other got stronger. Once they were back on the same coast, their relationship and time together grew too. After three years it was time for the distance to end - Fiona decided to move to Seattle to be with Matt, Sophia, Camilla and Francesca... and life immediately felt complete. After four years Matt was ready to make it official - he and the girls came up with the perfect proposal. And on December 19, 2018 Matt, with the help of Santa, asked Fiona to spend the rest of her life with him. She said yes!
