What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 p.m. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to give yourself enough time to find seating. Join us immediately following the ceremony for the cocktail hour and reception.

What happens if I cannot make it?

If you RSVP as attending but find that you can no longer make it, no worries; please notify us as soon as possible!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dressy casual is perfect attire for a carriage barn pavilion wedding. If wearing heels, we recommend a block heel style only. The barn is situated in a natural environment. Walking will be on grass and some uneven ground. For the women; a nice pant outfit, jumpsuit, or dress (please monitor weather) are all suitable. For the men; a blazer, collared shirt, and slacks are all perfect for the venue. A tie is not necessary. Please no shorts, polo shirts, or torn jeans.

How far is Davis Stable Weddings from the recommended hotels?
Answer
January is “Snowbird Season” in Florida and traffic can be very heavy and unpredictable. We highly recommend that you use the WAZE or Google Map apps to plan your drive from the location you will be staying at. It is best to pad that time a little for the unexpected. Please arrive to the stable by 3 p.m.

Will there be parking?
Answer
Yes! There will be plenty of on-site parking on a grass field immediately in front of the carriage barn.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
This is an outdoor venue. The ceremony will be outside, cocktail hour both outside and under the carriage barn pavilion, and the reception will be in the carriage barn pavilion. Portable heaters will be close by, if needed. Please monitor the weather for your attire choices.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please respond by November 22! Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate those who do not RSVP in time.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Our celebrating at Davis Stable will end around 9 p.m. with a sparkler send off for the bride and groom!

What will be on the main menu?
Answer
Mission BBQ will be serving a spread to include; salad, brisket, and pulled chicken BBQ with a variety of separate sauces and dressings. Sides will include mac-n-cheese, beans, and cornbread. Dessert bites will be the sweet ending.
