What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our wedding website under the RSVP tab by July 11th.

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we've opted to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only, to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free on-site parking available. Guests can leave their vehicles at the venue overnight if they choose, as long as they are picked up by 10 am the next day.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, we will have free shuttles provided that will take people from The Kirkwood Hotel to the wedding venue and back. The shuttle will leave The Kirkwood Hotel at 3:15pm to go to The Midnight Gem. We will have two shuttles provided on the way back to The Kirkwood Hotel, one leaving the venue at 10:30 pm and another one at 11:15 pm.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be located outdoors on the venues covered patio. Cocktail hour will be both indoor/outdoors. We will move indoors for dinner and dancing.

What is the appropriate attire?

Answer

Guests can wear casual attire on Friday night for the welcome party. For the wedding, we ask our guests to wear formal attire.
