Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi formal attire for the evening (cocktail dresses and suit/tie). Please no jeans/denim.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at Xavier University. You may park in any designated parking spot in the campus lots. The View has a parking lot as well as an overflow lot. They also offer valet parking for all guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00. Please arrive by 1:45 so everyone can be seated in time for the ceremony.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras) as we celebrate the sacrament of Holy Matrimony within a Mass. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our I do's. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off! Please reach out to either of us if you have any questions.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be serving dinner that can accommodate a wide variety of dietary restrictions (i.e. vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free). When you RSVP please indicate your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
