Our story began back in 2013, when we were just two eighth graders trying to figure out life. Little did we know that our paths crossing would lead us on a journey full of love, adventure, and growth. Our first date was at the movies to see The Internship, a perfect start to our story that would later include many other adventures. Through the years, we have built a life together that we’re so proud of. From welcoming our beloved dog, Jax, into our home, to exploring the world hand in hand, we've shared so many incredible moments. From Mexico to Atlanta, San Diego to Disney World and Disneyland, we've made memories all over the map. One of our favorite places to be is by the beach in Ocean City, MD—where we can enjoy the simple pleasure of each other’s company and the beauty of the ocean. Our relationship has been unique in so many ways. We’ve faced the challenge of long-distance while Matthew serves in the United States Navy, but no matter the miles between us, we always found a way to make it work. Currently, we live together in sunny Florida, and every day feels like a gift. One of the most special moments in our journey was when Matthew proposed on the beach at Fort Clinch, a place that holds so much meaning for us. It’s where I go to watch his submarine pull in as he comes home from his deployments, and he chose it as the place to ask me the most important question of our lives. It was a moment we’ll never forget. Through everything, we’ve always known one thing: It has always been each other. We are beyond excited for the future we’re building together, filled with love, laughter, and endless adventures.
