Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

1100 East 9th Street, Cleveland, OH 44114

Established in 1983, artists become eligible for induction 25 years after their first recording. The exhibits here are highly interactive, so you’re guaranteed to not only learn something new, but also to have a blast! Famous artists are constantly rolling in and out so you never know who might pop in while you’re visiting. For example, Dominique and her mom once saw the Jonas Brothers here randomly! If you’re from out of town, Dominique and Matt highly recommend visiting before heading back home.

Great Lakes Brewing Company

Great Lakes Brewing Company

2516 Market Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113

Established in 1988, this was the first microbrewery in the state! Located near the West Side Market, it’s said that it aided with the revival of Ohio City. You’ll see their beers just about everywhere around here. Matt recommends the Commodore Perry IPA!

Masthead Brewing Co.

Masthead Brewing Co.

1261 Superior Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44114

We come here to watch the Brown’s game if we don’t have tickets after the tailgate. We highly recommend it!

The Flats at East Bank

The Flats at East Bank

1055 Old River Road, Cleveland, OH 44113

“The Flats is a redeveloped area on the banks of the Cuyahoga River, known for its happening nightlife, with edgy bars and clubs hosting live music, comedy and drag shows. The party vibe extends to patios and beer gardens nearby, while dining options include gourmet taco joints and hip cafes. A popular walkway lines the west bank of the waterfront, and water taxis take people from one side of the river to the other” -google. I know quoting “google” is odd, but it was literally plastered on the right hand side in a perfect little summary. At the end it simply said “-google”, so what’s a girl to do. Google it is.

West Side Market

West Side Market

1979 West 25th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113

“West Side Market is Cleveland’s largest and oldest continuously operating public market. The Market has served fresh produce, meats, bakery, dairy, prepared foods and more to Cleveland residents and visitors since 1912” (west side market.org).

Dead Man’s Curve

Dead Man’s Curve

Interstate 90, Cleveland, OH

A notoriously dangerous road in Cleveland where you have to do a 90 degree turn on the highway. Stay alert, because otherwise you’re headed straight into Lake Erie.
