Danielle: "How did we fall in love?"
Matt: "Easily"
Los Angeles was up in flames when we went on our first date on January 11, 2025. Danielle was quick to say "we're all anxious, we can postpone," but Matt was dead set on driving two hours for some fancy coffee with that girl from Bumble. For five hours, we laughed and chatted while sipping horoscope themed lattes at HIBYE (is it Hi Bye or Hib-yay?!). Matt chose the place for the fancy coffee, Danielle figured that's how she'd learn Matt's sign...joking, I swear.
From Instasnooping and discovering a mutual friend, to bowling and ice skating, to Valentine's Chinese on the driveway, to talking in the street until past midnight, and nightly phone calls while analyzing Love is Blind. Saying those three words came just so easily. Before we knew it, we were inseparable - parasailing in Catalina, going on vacations with each other's families, and dancing in the streets of Sicily.
On December 29, 2025 the question was obviously popped!
