Welcome Party - Aprés Ski Celebration

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Vermont / Mountain Casual - cozy sweaters, boots, flannels, and layered fall looks - comfortable and festive!

Kick off the weekend with us at a cozy après ski-style welcome party! We’ll have snacks, warm drinks, fun cocktails, and fireside s’mores, plus lawn games and mountain views to help everyone settle in and start the celebration.

Wedding

4:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail - Our ceremony will be outside, so we recommend bringing a jacket or coat in case it's chilly! Ladies, we recommend block heels or wedges to ensure comfort on the grass.

We’ll say “I do” atop the mountains at the scenic Mountaintop Meadow. A private chairlift, the Gatehouse Express, will transport all guests to the ceremony site, fully dressed and ready for the wedding. Please arrive here by 3:30pm. The lift will stop and start as needed! In the event of inclement weather, there will be a backup location to ensure the ceremony goes smoothly. Immediately following the ceremony, guests will take the chairlift back down to the lawn outside Gatehouse Lodge for cocktail hour. There will be drinks, appetizers, and lawn games as we toast to the start of the evening. From 6-10pm, join us for dinner, dancing, and celebration in the warm and inviting Gatehouse Lodge. Enjoy a delicious meal, dancing, and fun activities as we celebrate together, surrounded by friends, family, and the beauty of the mountains. After the reception, keep the celebration going just across the way at Castle Rock Pub, with drinks, snacks, and cozy fireside s’mores to end the night.

Farewell Brunch

Join us for a casual, buffet-style brunch to wrap up the weekend! Open to all wedding guests, enjoy good food, coffee, and one last chance to celebrate before heading home.
