Mt. Pleasant is a small and charming little town, but it doesn’t have a lot to offer in the way of entertainment and food. For this reason we suggest staying in Concord, specifically the Concord Mills area. It is conveniently 1/2 way between Charlotte and Mt.Pleasant about 30 minutes away from the venue where there is loads to do and eat. There are not a lot of Ubers in the Mt. Pleasant area so we suggest carpooling with trusted designated drivers, arranging for rides ahead of time, or utilizing our shuttle to the area. Please be sure to let us know if you’re planning to use our shuttles, so we can plan for our reservation. We have blocks at the Hilton Garden Inn in Concord where the shuttle will go to and from, and the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel in SouthPark for our out of town guests who may prefer to experience the city for their visit even though the shuttle will not run to this location. There will be a music festival in the Concord area that weekend so plan accordingly!

This location is in the Concord Mills area and is closer to the venue. There will be a music festival in the area the same weekend so book quick if you would like to be closer to the venue because they will fill up. The hotel may be a little louder than the block in Southend due to the festival. The link should reflect our discount rates, if not let us know before booking! This is where we suggest any guests from Canada or out of town who do not mind a longer commute to the venue but want to be able to better explore Charlotte during their visit to stay. It will also be quieter than the Concord block. ALSO, HOTEL BLOCKS WILL ONLY BE HELD UNTIL THE END OF JULY.
