6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
For those of you in the area (early or permanently), and who like chill steakhouse fare, we are going to THE PUB! Located just over the bridge in Pennsauken, New Jersey, this place is 70s meets Renn Faire campy goodness with great food, and one of our favorite spots as a couple for celebrations. This is a giant dinner hall with many round tables of different sizes to accommodate lots of group sizes. Reservations are not an issue here, but they don't have private rooms or tables large enough to seat everyone - so it'll be a mix of near but separate tables
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Every 1st Friday starting at 5 pm, over 30 galleries and design studios open in Old City for an Arts and Culture stroll complete with snacks and wine. One of our dear friends, Susan, lives in the neighborhood on Elfreth's Alley, which is the longest continually lived-on street in the country, dating back to the 1700s. She said she would be happy to give a tour to friends and family, if you'd like to see what a 17th-century revolutionary house looks like, and she'll be in the garden at Elfreth's Alley behind the museum house. We'll be doing our run-through at the venue a couple of blocks away, from 5 pm to 7 pm, and then plan to meet up with friends at Elfreth just after.
7:30 am - 10:30 am
For those of you who are more active and early to rise, there is a treat in FDR Park. The first-ever Gritty 5k starting and ending at the Wells Fargo Center, and running through the park. The event has since sold out, but that's never stopped us from crashing the Rocky Run or the like. Should be amazing people-watching and festivities since Gritty is a Philadelphian sports treasure! This is a self-guided outing, as we'll be getting ready for the wedding. From their site: This is no ordinary 5K. It’s a fur-fueled, glitter-splashed, hotdog-filled dash through chaos led by the orange icon himself. Runners, walkers, and costumed Gritizens of all kinds will tackle a 3.1-mile course starting and ending at the Wells Fargo Center Complex through FDR Park.
3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Come as you are or as you want to be. Whimsy encouraged.

8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
After the reception, we can still hang out in the neighborhood, and Race Street Cafe, a favorite haunt, is just a few blocks away, along with many other options. We'll be cleaning and packing up the venue and then headed over.
12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
We'll probably be slow to rise on Sunday, so we'll meet up at Dillworth Park at noon for Panda Fest, a large outdoor Asian food festival with experiential activities, tastings, and market fairs that showcase the food, art, and cultural traditions from various Asian diasporas. The GA tickets are $14 each for the Fest, and you can pick them up on the website up until October 4th (we already got two for the noon slot). https://www.pandafests.com/events-1
