Our venue will be requiring contactless temperature checks at the door upon entry. There will also be hand sanitizer upon entering and throughout the venue. Social distancing is encouraged. Guests will be required to sign an assumption of risk and release of liability waiver required by the venue before entry. Masks are required. Currently, as current local health and safety guidelines stand, guests will be required to wear masks as they enter the venue, but will be able to remove them, if comfortable doing so, once seated. Guests will need to wear masks while interacting with staff, including waiting in line at the bar or receiving dinner, as well as to the restrooms. Masks will not be required while eating or drinking. For our health and safety, as well as the health and safety of our loved ones, we ask that if you aren’t feeling well or have a chance of COVID-19 exposure, that you please stay home and celebrate from afar.
The hotels in Nashville are both beautiful and clean. However, for a more unique stay, we encourage you to stay in an Airbnb near the venue. The zip code for the venue is 37209. Uber and Lyft are transportation options in the area for those who want to leave the driving to someone else.
As of October 1, Davidson County is in a modified version of Phase 3 of the reopening plan. Businesses are open but face coverings are required to be worn in all public areas. We're hopeful that all guests who are able and want to attend will be allowed to do so under the current capacity restrictions. Additionally, we are keeping up with the current Nashville reopening guidelines, and in the event of capacity restrictions, we may have to lower our guest count. With that said, if you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as you can.
Nashville falls under Mayor Cooper’s orders for Davidson County. Please check out the Mayor’s website, which will contain the most up to date information, at asafenashville.org.
Yes, we did have capacity restrictions to abide by for our big day in order to ensure social distancing can occur.
