Should we talk to the tour vendors at the airport?
Answer
Once you are at Cancún airport and after you claim your bag, it is very important that you do not stop at any tour or timeshare information desk, please keep walking and look for the TOUR OPERATORS EXIT to find out your transportation, once outside of the terminal building look for the Blue Dreams Company, (the staff will be wearing blue or white t-shirt and black pants holding a banner with The Fives Beach Hotel logo) they will take you to your transportation. Matt and I will try to post a video on Facebook of this experience so you understand what I am talking about.

Are meals and drinks included?
Answer
Yes, this is an All Inclusive Resort. Please see The Fives Azul Beach Resort tabs to see what is and what isn't included.

Are you registered somewhere or should I bring a wedding gift?
Answer
No. We feel we have everything we need and are not registered anywhere. The most important thing to us is to share this journey with our friends and family; and for those who cannot make the trip with us, we will share a toast during our next visit.

Do I have to stay at the resort?

No, but we are restricted to the number of outside guests. We would prefer that you stay at the resort. Please reach out to us in advance if you are thinking of staying off the resort.

When should I book my reservation?
Answer
We encourage you to make your reservation first, and as soon as possible. We have reserved a block of rooms, once they are gone rooms can be booked on hotel availability. Please do not wait until the last minute as there may not be any availability.

You can opt to pay 50% or 100% of total amount of reservation at the time of making the reservation. Please see The Fives Azul Beach Resort tab for details on making reservations.

Are the room rates a good deal?

Yes, room rates are discounted based on the group rate. Curious, go to their reservations page and compare.

Is transportation included?
Answer
The transfer from airport to the hotel we have two options for offer: - 70 USD per ride in a van for 1 to 4 people, extra person 10 USD, maximum occupancy up to 8 persons with baggage. - 80 USD per ride in a suburban for 1 to 4 people, extra person 10 USD, maximum occupancy up to 8 persons with baggage. Please notify the hotel when making your reservations if you require transportation.

We are arriving at the resort on the evening of Tuesday, January 21 and departing on Tuesday, January 28th.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

The wedding ceremony and reception are adult only events. Kids are welcome to the resort. Babysitting and nanny services are available through the resort for an extra fee.
