Matt and Brianna met blues dancing in Fort Collins, Colorado in fall 2010. They were adamantly "Just Friends" for a few months, before beginning their relationship in Feb 2011. Since then they've moved in together, each graduated from Colorado State University, adopted two rabbits, and travelled from New York City to San Francisco, from Montana to Hawaii.

After discussing a number of different ceremony options, we finally settled on self solemnization. Since our friends are liberally scattered about the country, Matt's family is mostly in Colorado/Montana, and Brianna's family is along the East Coast, we figure having the reception(s) after the vow exchange would allow the greatest flexibility (and less travel) for guests. Matt and Brianna booked an AirB&B in Northern Colorado for the weekend of August 18th, and exchanged their vows on Saturday morning.
