Do you have any room blocks?

Answer

Please check out the travel tab! We have 2 room blocks at The Avenue Inn (main wedding hotel) & the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach. AirBnB & VRBO are also very popular in Rehoboth Beach.

Is early check-in available at the hotels?

Answer

Check-in at both hotels is at 4pm. Early check-in can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed as it is based on availability. The Avenue Inn has 2 spacious bathrooms and 2 changing rooms equipped with showers, in the lobby if needed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! You traveled to Rehoboth Beach, we will get you to and from the wedding. A wedding shuttle has been arranged to pick up from The Avenue Inn & Hyatt Place Dewey Beach. Pickup details are below and can be found on the 'Transportation' tab. The shuttle to the venue will leave promptly at 4:30pm. The first pickup will be at the Avenue Inn, the second stop will be Hyatt Place and the final stop will be Signatures at Bayside. The return shuttle will leave promptly at 10:45pm. The first stop will be the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach, the final stop will be the Avenue Inn.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

A Welcome Party has been planned for Friday, November 5th from 7:00pm-9.30pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! We want to make sure we accommodate all of our guests and your dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you decide to drive yourself to the ceremony & reception, there is plenty of parking at Bayside. Please note: The venue is roughly 30 minutes from the hotels.
