Located just around the corner from the Loews, you could spend hours wandering through the stalls of the market. Tons of food options for a quick and delicious breakfast or lunch!
Tavern on Camac
An LGBTQ piano bar, but everyone is welcome! A great place to enjoy a strong cocktail while singing along to classics being performed live on piano.
Wawa
It's nothing like 7-11, and it's not just a gas station. Wawa is a Pennsylvania institution. It's a great place to grab coffee, quick breakfast to-go, or a made-to-order hoagie. Try their variety of iced teas - the diet green tea is Matt's favorite.
Cheesesteaks!
You can't visit Philly without getting a cheesesteak, and there are tons of places to choose from. You could visit Pat's King of Steaks and Geno's Steaks (dueling cheesesteak shops located across the street from one another), but we really recommend John's Roast Pork, Tony Luke's, or Jim's Steaks. Try it with whiz - you won't regret it, and wash it down with a cold birch beer!
Love Park
Take a quick walk from the Loews to snap a selfie in front of the famous "Love" sculpture.
Gayborhood
Keep the party going after the wedding in Philly's Gayborhood, which is just a six-minute walk from the Loews! Dance the night away at Woody's, Tabu, Voyeur, or Ascend, then indulge in some late night "Gay Pizza" located on 13th street.
Eastern State Penitentiary
Take a tour of this historic crumbling prison during the day, or even better - visit at night for their "Halloween Nights" featuring multiple spooky cocktail lounges, tours, and haunted attractions.
Linvilla Orchards
If you have some time to head out to the suburbs, Linvilla Orchards is the perfect fall escape. Take a hayride, pick apples, enjoy a picnic, and save room for hot fresh cider doughnuts.
