There will be a shuttle transporting guests to and from for all wedding day activities. We were unable to reserve a wedding block this time around, so please call and reserve independently.

The Quality Inn is in close proximity to the Fairfield and offers an additional option for reserving a room. Please ask about the Arnold-Holdefer wedding block when making reservations. The block expires on September 10th The shuttle will stop at both the Fairfield and the Quality Inn.

A shuttle will be operating between the Fairfield Inn , the Quality Inn, and Omni Bedford Springs Resort to provide transportation to and from all wedding festivities. The shuttle will take two trips to the ceremony, first stopping at the Fairfield Inn and then the Quality Inn. It will reach the Quality inn approximately 5 minutes after the time posted below. Pick up times: 3:30 4:00 The shuttle will also be running to transport guests home to the Fairfield and Quality Inn.
