Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate additional plus one's unless otherwise specified on your invite. We want to ensure that we celebrate with our closest friends and family members. If you are confused on if you have a plus one or not, please reach out to us as soon as possible

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! we would like everyone to wear formal to semi-formal attire and dress their best! We recommend suit and tie, floor length dresses as well as cocktail dresses. We ask that you please avoid shades of white and red to keep photos cohesive.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Although we love our little ones, we want to allow our guest the opportunity to celebrate undistracted. We ask that your children stay home while you enjoy a night out

Where is the reception?
Answer
Reception is at the venue! Live oak is a wonderfully accommodating venue that we can't wait to enjoy all night with everyone!

How does seating work
Answer
The ceremony will be open seating except for the first row on either side. For the reception, name cards will be placed on a table with your meal selection from the rsvp. Find your card and take it with you to wherever you wish to sit! If you move, don't forget your card as this is how the dinner service will know what to serve you.

Where are you registered for gifts?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. Please do not feel obligated to give anything other than your attendance at our wedding. However if you would like to contribute, we have a cash registry at https://www.sendbirdie.com/r/AmieMatt2024

Is there parking available?
Answer
yes!! live oak has a large lot for parking. Please ensure your car is not left overnight as there will be an event at the venue the next day!
