Inn At Bolton Valley
On-site lodging is available (and recommended!) at the Inn at Bolton Valley. The welcome dinner and breakfast/brunch will both take place at this location. Shuttle transportation will be available from the Inn to the wedding venue 1 mile down the mountain access road. A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at a discounted rate. Please reference the Rodwell/Stopa Wedding when calling to make your reservation - (802) 434-6844. Kindly reserve your room by August 5, 2024. Early reservations are encouraged to ensure room availability. GUEST ROOM ACCOMODATIONS Two consecutive night stay required for group pricing. Single night stays will be available at a non-discounted rate. Group Pricing: Standard rooms $309/night Deluxe/Renovated rooms $359/night The above rooms have 1 king or 2 queen beds. Additionally, 1- and 2-bedroom suites are available at a non-discounted rate. Shuttle
Shuttle from The Inn to The Ponds
October 5, 2024 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Bolton Valley Resort will provide a shuttle for hotel guests to and from The Ponds, which is about 1 mile down the mountain access road. The shuttle will begin at 4pm from the Inn. The shuttle will take guests back to the Inn at the conclusion of the reception, or on-call earlier.

BTV is the closest airport to our wedding venue. It is serviced by all major airlines and is only 35 minutes from Bolton Valley Resort. Major car rentals are available. * There is no pre-arranged shuttle service between the airport and the resort.
