Attire is guest's choice as long as you can get down on the dance floor. You're encouraged to dress for the NYE occasion if you feel so inclined.
Monitored parking is available in the lot across the street from 612 North Event Space, however cars will need to be moved by the end of the evening. There will be a shuttle service available from Hotel St. Louis.
