What time should I arrive to the event?
Answer
There’s no set time for arrival, but the event will begin at 4 PM. Food trucks will be serving delicious offerings from 5 to 8 PM, and we’ll have dessert available starting at 8:30 PM. Feel free to join us at your convenience!

What should I wear?
Answer
The attire for our celebration is semi-formal/cocktail. We encourage everyone to dress up for the occasion, but please keep in mind that the event will be held at a barn. Comfortable and appropriate footwear is a must, so consider shoes that are both stylish and suitable for a rustic setting.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There will be organized parking on the property; however, we encourage you to RideShare or consolidate vehicles if possible. We hope to avoid any overnight parking since this is a private property.

Can I uber?

Yes, you’re welcome to use Uber! In fact, we encourage it over driving and leaving your car. However, please keep in mind that the New Hope area can sometimes have limited availability for rides, so plan accordingly. We want everyone to arrive safely and enjoy the celebration!

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, let us know!

YES! We’re excited to celebrate with you! If you have someone special in your life that you’d like to bring as a plus one, we kindly ask that you reach out to us to confirm. We want to ensure everyone feels included in this special occasion. Thank you!

Will there be a ceremony?
Answer
We won’t be having a traditional wedding ceremony at this event. Instead, this send-off celebration is a chance for us to combine all our wedding festivities and celebrate with our friends and family. We’re getting married in Italy in June, but that celebration will be just for our parents and siblings. We’re excited to share this special moment with all of you!

How do I RSVP?

Invites were sent using Paperless Post via email. You can easily RSVP using the invite link but if you are having any issues let us know!

Is there a rain contingency?
Answer
The event will be held in a covered barn, which will keep everyone dry. We’ll also have a tented area set up with tables and chairs for dining. So, regardless of the weather, we’re prepared to have a wonderful time together.
