North Market Pop Shop
While the Pop Shop does serve ice cream (dairy-filled and dairy-free), they also offer a multitude of different flavored sodas! One of our favorite things to do is to grab a treat from this shop and mosey on over to Baker Park (a one-mile jaunt) to watch the sunset from the bandstand.
Monocacy National Battlefield
Beautiful and historical. 1,647 acres of rolling farm fields, historic buildings, and sweeping panoramas along the scenic Monocacy River - the site of the Battle of Monocacy in the American Civil War which was fought on July 9, 1864.
