We're offering a free shuttle from 1 designated pick-up location: Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlottesville Downtown/University Area. The shuttle will also take guests back to this location at designated times. Shuttle Schedule: 2:40pm: Shuttle 1 arrives at hotel to load first round of guests 2:50pm: Shuttle 1 departs from the hotel --> venue 3:20pm: Shuttle 2 arrives at hotel for second round of guests 3:30pm: Shuttle 2 departs from the hotel --> venue 9:00pm: Early shuttle departs from venue --> hotel 10:00pm: Shuttle departs from venue --> hotel 10:30pm: If needed, final shuttle departs from venue to pick up remaining guests If you choose to drive your own vehicle, there is parking available at the venue and you are allowed to leave your car at Eastwood overnight. There will be a separate shuttle located at Eastwood offering rides from the parking lot/tasting room to the ceremony location up the hill. This ride is roughly 2-3 minutes.
