We kindly ask you to refrain from attending our wedding if you have a fever or are displaying any flu-like or Covid-19 symptoms (lack of taste/smell, extreme fatigue, cough/SOB, nausea) or have had a recent known exposure to someone testing positive for Covid-19. Please wear a mask when social distancing precautions can not be followed.
Question

What type of Covid-19 precautions will be in place?

Answer

1. Disposable masks will be provided at the venue. Please wear a mask when social distancing practices cannot be followed, such as getting food in the buffet line or going to the restroom. 2. Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the venue. 3. All staff members will be wearing masks for the entire duration of the event. 4. Chairs and tables will be spaced apart to accommodate social distancing guidelines.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite says "guest" then please do. Please include his/her name and any food allergies he/she may have when you RSVP. If not, we'd prefer to have just you at our wedding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that you wear cocktail/formal attire (short or long dresses // suit jacket and tie). Please leave your jeans, sneakers, and flip flops at home or in your hotel room.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please include that when you RSVP on the site.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, due to Covid-19 precautions, we recommend using a rental vehicle or safely carpooling with family members/friends.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time (4:00pm) to ensure a seat.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The parking lot is located near the front of the venue, which is at the very end of The Palencia neighborhood. It is open to guests for both the ceremony and reception.
