Question

Is there a hotel room block reserved?

Answer

No, in order to accommodate everyone’s varying schedules, timelines, and budgets we have chosen not to reserve room blocks. The majority of the wedding party will be staying at the Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire and its sister hotel next door the Hilton Vacation Club Ocean Beach Club in Virginia Beach. There are many hotels in the surrounding area to choose from so feel free to pick your favorite!

Is there transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes, There will be a shuttle bus running for two hours prior to the wedding from 2:30pm to 4:00 pm. As well as immediately following the reception. The shuttle will depart and drop off at the Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire hotel located at 3421 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach VA 23451. Space will be limited on the shuttle buses so please try to space out the parties and not all attempt to utilize the buses last minute. Uber and Lyft are very prevalent in this area for those who do not utilize the shuttle and prefer not to drive themselves.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Guests should arrive to the venue no later than 4:30 pm. However, 4:00 pm is the preferred arrival time.

I am RSVP-ing by mail, how do I select meal options for my entire party?

Answer

Please write the number of each meal option you will need for your entire party. Feel free to reach out to the Bride or Groom to clarify who is ordering which option so it can be added to the seating chart.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, limited. We are including for our guests a varied selection of alcoholic drink options to cover a wide range of tastes. (Beer Wines Seltzers Teas and also including a Signature Cocktail.) Anything beyond that, there will be a cash bar available.
