two little birds eatery (breakfast & lunch)
A great option for a quick breakfast or lunch, located right on the water close by to the Rockport Inn & Suites and right by the beach! It's rather small, so we recommend calling your order in (see website below) for pickup and then taking a stroll through Rockport or along the beach!
1606 Restaurant & Oyster Bar (breakfast, lunch, & dinner)
Located at the Beauport Hotel (location of wedding reception), the 1606 Restaurant offers exceptional food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! There is also a large bar and deck, making it a fun place to hangout.
Brothers Brew Coffee Shop (breakfast)
Located right in Rockport (short drive from Rockport Inn & Suites), another great breakfast option. Some indoor seating is available (with a beautiful view of the harbor).
Hammond Castle
Hammond Castle Museum on the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts was constructed in 1926 by inventor John Hays Hammond, Jr. as his residence. In the style of a medieval castle, it was built to house his private collection of artifacts from ancient Rome through the Renaissance. Visitors can explore the many rooms of the castle, as well as enjoy the beauty of the castle grounds and view of the Atlantic shore line.

Take sail on a beautiful 65-foot schooner in the Gloucester harbor. Tours are available throughout the day - be sure to call in advance to book your spot!
Beaches
Pavillion beach is located right in front of the Beauport Hotel - offers kayaking and paddleboarding, or a relaxing view of the waves. Other beaches in the area include Front Beach (in Rockport, near the Rockport Inn & Suites) as well as Good Harbor Beach (located between the Beauport Hotel & Rockport Inn & Suites).

The Shops in Gloucester
A lovely area to mosey through the streets and stop at one of the many wonderful shops - baked goods, coffee, a glass of wine, or even homemade chocolates! Only a short walk from the Beauport Hotel.

Take a stroll down Main St in Rockport - plenty of restaurants and shops to stop at along the way!
