The venue has transportation to a from Collings Lake Resort, the Grand Lodges and the Mt. Hood Best Western. The Shuttle will begin picking up guests at 2pm. As this event will be on a mountain and in the summer, we would recommend garden attire! Clothing that is comfortable outdoors and shoes that can handle uneven surfaces.

There will be a shuttle that will begin to pick guests up at 2pm and will stop at Grand Lodges, Collings Lake Resort and the Mt. Hood Best Western. The shuttle will make a loop to pick guests up until 2:45pm. Unfortunately the ski lift is under maintenance and guests will only be able to take the shuttle up to the ceremony site. Please note that as the ceremony will be outdoors, we would recommend comfortable shoes that may get dusty! We will have welcome drinks waiting for you at the ceremony site when you arrive, as well as a cocktail hour to follow the nuptials. Food, drink, and dance will follow at the reception at the bottom of the mountain where guests can either take the shuttle or the alpine slide!
