Question

📍 Travel & Accommodations

Answer

—

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is the closest and most convenient option, located just a 10-minute drive from downtown West Palm Beach. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Miami (MIA) are also accessible and may offer more cost-friendly flight options (Mary-Kate has flown Spirit (RIP) into FLL countless times!). FLL is about 50 minutes away, while Miami is about 75 minutes. You can Uber from FLL to downtown WPB for about $75-$100, and from Miami for closer to $150. You can also look into the Brightline (high-speed, luxury train), which travels from Miami and Fort Lauderdale to downtown West Palm Beach. Many rental car companies do not charge alternate destination drop off fees for PBI, FLL, and MIA (picking up at one airport and dropping off at another airport).

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have room blocks at Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown (our preferred hotel) and Hilton Palm Beach PBI. We also recommend the West Palm Beach Marriott and Hilton West Palm Beach for nice hotels in the downtown area. If you’re looking for a more resort-style getaway, Singer Island is about 20 minutes from downtown and offers beautiful tropical beach resorts on the ocean. Bonus: you’ll be close to our welcome party! There are also plenty of Airbnb options nearby. If you choose an Airbnb or alternate hotel, we recommend staying in or near downtown West Palm Beach, just south of downtown, or on Palm Beach Island for the easiest access to wedding events and local attractions.

Question

How should we get to/from the venue?

Answer

Our downtown hotel room block is walking distance to the venue. Uber, Lyft, or Circuit are also convenient options for transportation to and from the celebration. Parking is available at Banyan Garage, City Center Garage, and Evernia Garage.

Question

How do I get around West Palm Beach?

Answer

West Palm Beach is very walkable, especially if you’re staying downtown. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are plentiful and convenient. If you prefer to drive, rental cars are available at the airport.
