When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our wedding website by June 15th.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the same spot?

Answer

No. The ceremony will take place at 2 PM at The Franz Family Lake House, while the cocktail hour/reception will start at 5 PM at DELAMAR Traverse City. See invitation for Franz Family Lake House address.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you're staying at DELAMAR. There will be shuttles picking up from DELAMAR and taking guests to and from the ceremony. We'll be adding a shuttle schedule page on this website closer to the wedding date!

If I'm driving to the ceremony, where can I park?

Answer

You can park anywhere on Deepwater Point Road. Please do not park in the driveway of the ceremony house!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding starts at 2 PM sharp! We suggest getting to the ceremony at least 30 minutes early.

What should I do between the ceremony and the cocktail hour/reception?

Answer

Head downtown and check out some of the great restaurants and bars in TC! Delamar also has a great patio with an outdoor bar.

Are there Ubers/Lyft in Traverse City?

Answer

Yes, there are Ubers and Lyft in Traverse City. However, there aren't many. We will be adding some cab company suggestions to the shuttle schedule page closer to the wedding! We would suggest taking a look at some of the cab company options on the shuttle schedule page and calling ahead for transportation.
