FAQs

Question

Are we getting married in the amphitheater?

Answer

No, we do not know 9,000 people to invite to our wedding.

Question

Can we visit the amphitheater before the wedding?

Answer

Yes, however there is a concert that night, so the amphitheater will close to the public around 1 pm, maybe a little earlier.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is parking right outside the Trading Post as well as parking along the road. You can copy and paste the address below to view a map of the wedding area with parking locations highlighted. Question

Is ride share available?

Answer

Yes. Lyft, Uber, and cab companies will bring you to, or take you back from Red Rocks.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those whose names are listed on the invitation attend our celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

There is a concert the night of our wedding so please try to arrive at least 20 minutes early as there will be more traffic than normal. This will give you enough time to find parking and make your way to the Trading Post.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire for the wedding and casual attire for the welcome party.

Question

Will Copper be at the Wedding?

Answer

Yes, and she is the only other one allowed to wear white. But in all seriousness, please do not let your children approach her without asking. She will not bite, but her bark can be startling.

Question

What's the Deal with tipping?

Answer

There is no need to tip the bartenders or wait staff as gratuity is already included.

Question

Is the RSVP by date of 4/1 an April Fool's joke?

Answer

No, it is not. Please RSVP by then. If you do not RSVP by then, we will assume you cannot attend. If you do show up without an RSVP, bring a chair and a sandwich. But seriously, please RSVP by then.
