TRAVEL UPDATE 8/12/2021: Hawaii has now changed regulations again. You will be required to set up a Safe Travels account (https://travel.hawaii.gov/#/) but if you are fully vaccinated, you no longer need to get a COVID-19 test prior to traveling. Instead, you can upload proof of vaccination to your Safe Travels and bypass the mandatory quarantine period. However, I expect this will be changing in the next week or two, and it would be wise to assume that you will need to take a COVID test regardless of vaccination status.
