WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

Matt and Malori met on Tinder, and online dating is HARD (can be rough), so here's a story with a happy ending! Malori made Matt wait a while before she agreed to go on a first date with him. Matt and Malori both worked hard to keep the virtual conversation going. Malori even talked to Matt while on a spring break trip with her friends in Jamaica. When she returned, they decided it was time to meet face to face for dinner. The date is April 11, 2018. The two soon to be sweethearts finally met at Momo's Pizza in Tallahassee, Florida. Both Malori and Matt arrived early for the date. Malori waited in the car talking to her grandmother and receiving advice before entering. Matt on the other hand went in early to have a beer to help with his nerves. When Malori entered, they met at the bar and decided to get in line to order their slices. This was the time, that the date got shaky. Matt asked Malori if she was going to buy her own pizza. She responded that she could while contemplating her quick exit strategy after eating at a teacher speed. (Malori had never been asked to pay her way on a first date, her mindset was that if you were the one who asked the other then you paid.) Matt being the smart and handsome young man he is quickly realized his error and quickly ordered after me and bought both of our slices. This definitely saved their date. They then had an evening full of wonderful conversation and laughs. Matthew had to leave though to help his mom move plants to prepare for a party she was having the next night. However, he secured plans for another date before leaving. Malori loved the fact that he had an escape plan in case of a questionable date; she had one planned as well. Her grandmother Billie she was talking to before the date was supposed to call an hour into their date, if Malori ignored the call, she was having a good time and would call Mama when she left. Needless to say, Malori ignored the call and had to call her on the way home.
