Lake Harriet
Lake Harriet is a great lake to visit. Miles of trails surround the lake, along with a rose garden, a cute little food stand, amphitheater (free live music/movies in the summer), and it's where we got engaged! Hooray for love. Lake Harriet rules.
Minneapolis Sculpture Garden
The sculpture garden is a great (free) place to get your steps in and look at cool art outdoors. Pro tip: Take the pedestrian bridge and visit Loring Park. It's also minutes away from the Minneapolis Farmers Market.

The state fair is starting the weekend of our wedding! Get your fair food in. It gets pretty busy, so try going in the morning.

Middle Eastern spot in our neighborhood. Best hummus, great vibes. They had a fawaffle at the State Fair that we still dream about.
