What Time Should I Arrive To The Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, so please try to arrive 10-15 mins prior to that.

Will The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, And Reception Be Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. There will be heaters under the tent if it gets chilly, but please keep an eye on the forecast as we get closer to the date and prepare accordingly.

There will be hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour and a barbecue style buffet for dinner.

There is plenty of on-site parking available!

Will There Be A Shuttle Available?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle available beginning at 3:00 PM to take guests from the hotel to the venue. The last drop off at the venue will be shortly before 4:00 PM. The shuttle will be available throughout the night, until 11:00 PM, to go back to the hotel.
