We invite you to celebrate the union of Caleb and Reagan Matos, which was joyfully entered into in May. This gathering is a time to share this special season with our family and friends, and to witness the love we have built together. Through God’s guidance and answered prayers, we found one another, and this is a love worth celebrating.
Before we ever met, we were both praying, intentionally and faithfully, for the person God had set aside for us. In seasons of waiting, growth, and trust, we learned what it meant to surrender our desires to His timing. When our paths finally crossed, it didn’t feel like coincidence, it felt like God’s perfect timing. What we found in each other was more than just compatibility rather, peace, understanding, and a love that reflected everything we had been praying for. In ways we couldn’t have planned, God answered our prayers with such care, detail, and intention. Caleb, who is the son of Victor and Christine Matos, has a heart for serving others through his work as a personal trainer. After earning his bachelor’s degree in exercise science, he has dedicated himself to helping individuals grow in strength, confidence, and discipline. He especially enjoys working in private gym settings, where he can build meaningful connections and walk closely with people as they pursue their personal goals. He is continually learning, with a passion for researching scientific approaches to muscle growth, strength, and overall wellness, always striving to help others become the best version of themselves. Reagan, daughter of Shauntee Tinsley and Kevin Lamont Patterson, is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Pharmacy at Virginia Commonwealth University, with a desire to serve in a hospital setting, particularly working with organ transplant patients. She is deeply driven by compassion and purpose, and hopes to care for others during some of the most critical and vulnerable moments of their lives. Together in Richmond, Virginia, we are building a life grounded in faith, love, and the quiet assurance that God knew exactly what He was doing when He brought us together. Our relationship is not something we take lightly, it is something we prayed for, something we trust God with, and something we are deeply grateful for. This celebration is not the beginning of our union, but a reflection of what God has already brought together, and a chance to share that joy with the people we love.
