How do you RSVP when more than one person is on the invite (spouse/kiddos 15+)?

Answer

You need to RSVP in the order of the invite letter. (Name as it was on the invite/entered into contact collector. ) For some reason it will not find you otherwise.

What is the vegetarian/vegan option?

Answer

Grilled Polenta with tri-colored tomatoes, corn, green beans, and drizzled with a Balsamic Glaze.

Where are the room blocks/where do you recommend we stay?

Answer

The initial room block at the venue has closed. We have a second room block ~14 minutes in Portsmouth at Hampton Inn link is in travel page. However, there are multiple other hotels in the area as well as Vrbos/Airbnbs.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at the ceremony and reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

At the moment to ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Please reach out to Sam or I with questions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be valet parking available at Union Bluff Meetinghouse.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! If it is raining there will be a tent for the ceremony.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers (who are amazing) to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
