Nokose Farm is a private property owned by Sierra's parents (Marty and Stephenie). There is a map available on the "Travel" page of the website. To access the property, you will need to drive to find the private driveway, which is on Greenburrow Road (a.k.a. County Road 662.) Here are two different ways to find the driveway: GPS METHOD Navigate to the following GPS coordinates: 36°04'14.9"N 94°18'41.9"W https://goo.gl/maps/D6BrAd7MAn3qPrbz6 Look for the "Private Drive" sign with bears on it. Follow the green animal signs to the party. CLASSIC METHOD: From Fayetteville, drive west on Wedington Drive. (Note: North Street becomes Wedington Drive at the Garland Avenue intersection). Continue west on Wedington across I-49. Turn left on to Elkhorn Springs Road (a.k.a County Road 659). This is the first left turn after the Wedington Fire Department and 16 General Store. Turn right onto Greenburrow Road (a.k.a County Road 662). Continue approximately 0.5 miles to the driveway on the left marked with a “Private Drive” sign with bears on it. Turn into the driveway and continue approximately 0.5 miles to the top of the hill. Follow the green animal signs to the party.
In the case of bad weather, the wedding will be held at The Graduate, a hotel in downtown Fayetteville. THE GRADUATE FAYETTEVILLE 70 N East Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701 (479) 442-5555 We will post the weather decision on the website on the day of the event (Sunday, July 3rd, 2022) at around 12:00 P.M.
Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) is located about thirty minutes away from Fayetteville. You may be able to find cheaper flights into the Tulsa International Airport (TUL); however, that will be a two and a half hour drive to Fayetteville.
We recommend casual attire - clothes that are dressier than everyday wear, but still comfortable enough to move around in. Some examples: jeans, shorts, or slacks and a button up with comfortable shoes, a sundress with comfortable shoes, slacks and a blouse, etc. The ceremony and reception will take place outside, weather permitting. There also will be lawn games (frisbee, Bocce Ball, croquet, etc.) available to play. That means that whatever you wear should be appropriate for a mildly active afternoon and evening outside in rural Arkansas. You may also enjoy bringing hiking boots or water sandals if you'd like to explore the stream and the property. In July, the daily high temperature for Fayetteville ranges from 75 to 95 deg. F, and the daily low temperature ranges from 62 to 70 deg. F. The wedding will not be held outside if the property is excessively muddy or if it is storming. However, we recommend bringing a rain jacket in case of light showers.
