When should I rsvp by?

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking and seating.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our wedding will be semi-formal and held outdoors, weather permitting. Please visit the Dress Code tab on our website for full details.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Rollins Mansion and will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, we will move indoors.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. We have a room block reserved at the Surety Hotel. Please visit the Travel section of our website for booking details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are two parking options available for guests, with signage posted to guide those who are driving. Limited parking is available at the Rollins Mansion, with additional overflow parking located next door at the Italian American Cultural Center of Iowa. Overnight parking is permitted only in the Rollins Mansion lot, and vehicles must be picked up by 10:00 a.m. the following day.

Yes, we are registered on Zola. We’ve chosen to keep our registry simple with a house fund.

Are children invited?

Answer

As we’re keeping our wedding small and intimate, we’re only able to include children who are listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one or children, they will be named. As we will be arranging assigned seating, we kindly ask that only those listed attend. Thank you so much for your understanding.
