Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is cocktail/semi-formal. Wear something nice but that you’ll be comfortable in! We recommend a sweater/jacket for later in the evening—even in July, Marin can get chilly when the sun goes down!

Can I bring a date?

Hi! Please no +1s unless we addressed them specifically on the invitation. We’re keeping our celebration on the smaller side—close friends and family only. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so we recommend you arrive by 4pm to find a seat and get settled.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Feel free to respond earlier, but please RSVP by June 24, 2022 so that we have an accurate headcount for the celebration! Thank you :)

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that, at the start of the ceremony, all guests silence and put their phones and cameras away in order to enjoy the moment. As soon as the ceremony closes, you may take pictures from then until the end of the night! We’ll be sure to send ceremony pictures from our lovely photographer when we receive them.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

If you have booked a room at the Acqua or Holiday Inn, we will have a shuttle to take guests to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will pickup from the Holiday Inn at 3pm, wait ~10 minutes, then pickup guests at the Acqua around 3:20. It will take about 30 minutes to drive to the venue. The return shuttle will be at 10:15, but earlier rides back to the hotels can be coordinated if needed.

What COVID measures are we taking?

Answer

We are asking all guests to be fully vaccinated and to submit a negative COVID test before the wedding. The ceremony, toasts, and dinner will all take place in our outdoor venue. Dancing will be moved inside later in the evening, but guests will have the option to relax outdoors all evening. We look forward to celebrating with you responsibly!
