Flight options, hotel blocks, transportation, and more recommendations for our out of towner guests TRAVEL For those traveling by plane, you can arrive to any airport in the NYC area. These are LGA, JFK, EWR, and then drive up north to the venue. However, you may choose to fly to HPN (White Plains), or ALB (Albany) if you're coming from the US. Those airports are smaller, more domestic, and easier to navigate. And they are much closer to the venue. You cannot reach the venue by public transportation. Therefore, you will need to rent a car. We recommend carpooling as it will save you money and the hassle. HOTELS There are four main hotels in the Kingston area that we recommend. These are the Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriott, Holiday Inn Express by IHG, and Hampton Inn by Hilton. As a second option, you can also book Airbnbs in towns like Kingston, Saugerties, etc. Please be advised that if you stay somewhere other than these two areas, our shuttle won't be an option.

If you are flying from abroad, the odds are you will most likely arrive at one of these airports. You may want to pick up your rental car at the airport when you arrive.

Useful websites

Booking.com is very useful for flights, car rentals, and hotels. Kayak.com is another great choice. Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, Alamo, National, Budget are all car rental companies. If you accumulate points and/or miles, it's usually better for you to book directly with your prefered provider.
