Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Formal Attire: Vibrant summer colors are encouraged but not necessary! Would love to see some fun patterns and colors. Please refrain from any white, ivory, butter yellow, or champagne colors, sneakers, and jeans. Thank you!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking that you RSVP by Friday May 9th, 2025 so we can give our vendors a final head count. We will send you reminders leading up to that date but if we do not hear from you we will mark you as unable to attend.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel. Room block details can be found under the Travel/Hotel tab. We recommend booking ASAP as they will fill up. The cut off date for making reservations is May 21, 2025.

Are children allowed?

Answer

This is an adult only ceremony/reception. While we love your little ones, we truly wish we could invite all to our wedding. We encourage parents to use this evening as a fun date night! Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We would love to have everyone celebrate our day, but we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear as "Your Name and Guest" on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Where can I park?

Answer

The venue has valet parking at a price of $17 per day and $28 overnight with in/out privileges. There is a parking garage called the Vistula Parking Garage that is $8 per day that has a tunnel connected to the Renaissance Hotel that takes you to the lower level of the hotel.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting.
