5:30 PM – Arrival Cocktails
Sip, snack, and mingle as we kick off the celebration.
6:15 PM – Grand Entrance & Prayer
Be seated as we welcome the bride and groom! Their first dance is followed by a prayer from Sam’s stepfather, Jeff.
6:20 PM – Dinner
Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner, lovingly prepared by Sweet Carrot Catering. Tables will be released in groups of three.
7:10 PM – Speeches
Raise a glass as we hear words of love and joy from Sam’s brothers, Garrett & Jordan, followed by Mathina’s cousin Vira and her daughter Maiya.
7:25 PM – Cake Cutting
Celebrate with the couple as they cut the cake.
7:30 PM – First Dance
A special dance between Sam and his Mother
7:35 PM – Dancing & Traditions
The dance floor opens! Sam and Mathina will also visit each table to share whiskey shots — a Lao/Thai tradition honoring Mathina’s parents.
9:30 PM – Closing Moments
The bar closes as the evening winds down. Let’s savor the last songs and celebrations before we say goodnight at 10:00 PM.
