A bus will begin loading at the Watermark Hotel starting at 5:30pm on Saturday for hotel guest, it will depart at 5:45pm or once it is full-first come first serve! The bus will take these guest back to the reception after the ceremony.

The closest parking deck to the Shaw Center is at 3rd Street and Convention: https://downtownbatonrouge.org/discover-downtown/places/third-street-garage There is plenty street parking and surface lots as well: https://downtownbatonrouge.org/discover-downtown/places/parking You may also valet at the Watermark Hotel right behind the Shaw Center at the corner of 3rd Street and Convention

Our reception venue is mostly outdoors. The area will be tented with heaters if needed. If you run cold, bring a jacket, hit the dance floor or have a drink(s) on us!
