When should I RSVP by?

Please send your RSVP back by mail by Christmas Day (12/25). We hope you will be able to join us to celebrate!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal. For women, feel free to wear anything from a cocktail dress to a floor-length gown. All colors except for white are welcome -- feel free to embrace the season and wear a dark green or berry color! For men, please feel free to wear a jacket or a suit. The wedding is not black tie so no need to wear a tuxedo (unless you'd like to -- we welcome the fanciness!). We appreciate you dressing up with us to help us celebrate this most special occasion. <3

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We politely ask that you plan to take your seat by 3pm to ensure there are no disturbances during the ceremony which will start promptly at 3:30pm. Due to potential inclement weather (and the often heavy traffic on route 202), please give yourself extra time to arrive to the church.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is ample parking at St. Helena Church. Since the reception is on-site immediately following the ceremony, there is no need to move your car once you have parked. Feel free to park in the upper level of the parking lot (close to the entrance of the church) or in the lower lot (near the entrance of the reception space). The photo displayed in the "Travel" page shows how to locate these parking lots depending on which direction you are coming from.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We took special care to make sure that vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, egg-free, and celiac/gluten-free diets are accommodated for. If you have a food allergy or diet preference that is not listed here, please reach out to the bride or groom so we can make sure you get plenty to eat!

Do you have a room block reserved?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a room block at HYATT HOUSE Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting. We have this block reserved until 12/22, so if you would like to book a room at a discounted rate, please make your arrangements soon! To make a reservation through the block, call 1-800-517-8565 and say you are attending a wedding at the Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting. The discount code for the D'Agostino-Hummer Wedding Block is G-HUMM. We have the block reserved for Thursday, January 22nd through Saturday, January 24th.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle from the HYATT HOUSE hotel to the ceremony and from the reception. If you should like to make use of this service, please contact the bride or groom to ensure that this can be provided for you! <3
