Where do I park?
Answer
Unless you were told otherwise, you will be parking at the Hood Mountain horse trailer parking lot located off of Eliza Way. To reach the horse trailer parking lot, drive.5 miles up Pythian Road off Hwy 12 and turn left onto Eliza Way. Continue 600' to equestrian parking between the two brick buildings. Parking will be well indicated by balloons. A shuttle will be available to bring you to and from the venue just a half mile away (service open all night in case you need to go back to your car!).

what time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Because you will be bussed from the parking lot to the ceremony, please come early to leave time for this process. The shuttle will be paused from 3:25-4:00 PM as to not interrupt the ceremony. Please plan accordingly.

What to wear?
Answer
Guests can dress semi-formal, but more importantly, something that makes you feel good! August in wine country will be hot during the day and cool after sunset, so we suggest layers. The whole wedding will be outside on mixed terrain, so keep that in mind :)

Is smoking allowed? Can I bring my pet?

Our venue has a no smoking and no pet policy. Thank you in advance!
