How do I reserve a room at The Richardson

Answer

Please click on the "Travel" section at the top of the website and click to be redirected to The Richardson Hotel's website. When you get to the website, you will have to click through the months to October 2024. When you get there our discount code should already be populated and you will only see the and 18th & 19th open for rooms, these are the only dates available at a discount - if you are interested in a longer stay please reach out to Kelly or Brian.

Due to space constraints, other than those in the wedding or specified we ask that this be an adult only evening.

Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we simply can’t accommodate all of our guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are by invitation only, please reach out if you think there was a mistake. Thank you so much for understanding!”

We have secured valet service for your convenience, please pull to the valet podium!

Am I allowed to take photos?

We have a wonderful photographer hired but love the idea of having a variety of photos from different vantage points. Please ensure if you are taking photos, you are aware to not interfere with the professionals!
