White Rhino Coffee (Waxahachie)
This is where it all began on our first date! It's a great place for coffee, breakfast food, and fancy sandwiches!
College Street Pub
This is where we went on our second date! They have great burgers, drinks, & nachos as well as a cool outdoor seating area.
Two Amigos Taqueria
Mat & Jacque's favorite Mexican restaurant. Mat likes to get the burrito and Jacque loves the chicken tortilla soup!
Brown Singleton Disc Golf Park
Mat loves disc golf and plays here often. It is very close to Jacque's house! It has a very nice trail and jungle gym.
Waxahachie Downtown Square
One of our favorite things to do is walk around the downtown square. This is where we took most of our engagement photos! The square has restaurants, antique & clothes shopping, and beautiful murals.
Railyard Park
This is a Greek style ampitheatre park where Jacque's theatre students perform during the year. It is right next to the Getzandaner Park Trail and Fresh Coffee, and the Downtown Square. It has a vintage train car as well as a spash pad for kids.
The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
This is where we went on one of our first dates and is also where Mat proposed! He proposed on a bench where we had one of our first kisses. This is a great place to go if you have some extra time.
