When is the RSVP deadline?

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Colorado, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in Vail should be beautiful, averaging 75-80 degrees, but will get chilly at night (40-50 degrees). Please bring some warm layers for the evening.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle bus service from Vail Racquet Club to the ceremony site and to the reception site and back to the Vail Racquet Club. Guests not staying at VRC can also park at the VRC parking lot and hop on the busses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The first round of busses will arrive at at Vail Racquet Club at 2:15PM to shuttle guests to the ceremony. The busses will only make 2 rounds trips so please be timely.

How do we get to the Ceremony Site?

Answer

Guests will load the Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead Village for access to the wedding deck. The ride up the gondola takes approximately 15 minutes and can fit 8-10 adults. There will be ushers who will hand out lift tickets for the gondola.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony: Parking is available in the Lionshead Parking Garage. Please allow yourself ample time to find parking, during busy summer days parking can fill up. Reception: There will be plenty of on-site parking at Donovan Pavillion

What should I wear?

Answer

Please see our Schedule for the dress code. Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. Even though the path is paved we do not recommend any kind of stiletto shoe, as the wedding deck is located up a hill, we recommend flats or wedges.
