Can I bring my kids?

Kindly note that, due to venue capacity, our welcome party, wedding, and reception will be an adults-only affair. We deeply appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to host those who were formally invited. If you received a plus-one, you will see them on your invitation when you RSVP.

Is there parking at Evergreen Lake House?

To ensure a smooth guest experience, parking is not available at Evergreen Lake House and transportation has been arranged for all guests via shuttle service. If you require parking accommodations, please reach out to Tori directly ahead of the wedding so we can assist.

Will it be outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony and cocktail ceremony will be outdoors. Dinner and dancing will be hosted inside the venue.

What if I'm not staying at the hotel?

Answer

Hop in a rideshare and head to Denver Marriott West, where a shuttle will take you to Evergreen for the wedding. There is plenty of parking available at the Denver Marriott West if you prefer to drive.

What time do the shuttles leave?

Answer

Transportation to Evergreen Lake House will depart promptly from the Denver Marriott West at 3:15 PM and 3:30 PM. Return shuttles from Evergreen Lake House to the Denver Marriott West will depart at 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM, and 11:15 PM.
